According to Art. 13 para. 1 and 2 of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27.04.2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free flow of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (OJ. EU L 119, s. 1), (hereinafter: “RODO”), we inform you that:

2. obligation to provide personal data

Your provision of the required personal data is voluntary and is not a contractual or statutory requirement, but is a condition for contacting the Administrator.

3. purposes and legal basis for processing personal data

The Administrator will process your data solely for the purpose of:

a) To execute the contract/order in accordance with the submitted offer and for the purposes of mutual settlements, as well as to cooperate with suppliers and other entities with which the Administrator cooperates in the course of its business;

b) Providing services to Customers, including answering questions sent via contact forms, preparing quotations and negotiating in response to an inquiry,

(c) Necessity to fulfill a legal obligation of the Administrator;

(d) Direct marketing of the Administrator’s services;

(e) Conduct analytical and statistical activities;

f) Satisfaction surveys and the level of satisfaction of customers with the services offered to them

and products to optimize the offering;

(g) Performance of settlement and tax obligations.

The legal basis for processing your personal data is:

  • Cooperation agreement or actions taken at your request to conclude it (Article 6(1)(b) RODO);
  • A legal obligation incumbent on the Administrator, e.g. related to accounting regulations (Article 6(1)(c) RODO);
  • Your consent given, among other things. in order for the Administrator to send information, including marketing, commercial (Article 6(1)(a) RODO);
  • The Administrator’s legitimate interest in processing personal data for the purpose of establishing, asserting or defending possible claims (Article 6(1)(f) RODO).

4 Period of processing of personal data

Your personal data will be used by the Administrator for the period necessary for the purposes described above. Depending on the legal basis, this will be respectively:

  • contract period,
  • the period of performance of legal obligations and the period during which the law requires us to store data, such as tax regulations,
  • period until you withdraw your consent,
  • The period after which the statute of limitations for claims under the contract will expire.

5 Recipients of personal data

With all guarantees of data security, we may provide your personal data – in addition to persons authorized by the Administrator – to other entities, including entities that process them on our behalf, who provide legal, IT, and debt collection services to us, our subcontractors or collaborators who directly perform activities in order to perform the contract for your benefit, as well as entities with whom the Company cooperates within the framework of organizational and capital ties in order to optimize the services and products offered and support our ongoing operations. In addition, the Administrator will share your personal data with other recipients, if such an obligation is imposed by law. The Administrator does not intend to transfer your data to a third country or international organization.

6 Automated decision-making, including profiling

The administrator does not make automated decisions about you, including profiling.

7 Rights of the data subject

Under the RODO, you have the right:

  • Request access to your personal data (Article 15 RODO);
  • request the rectification of your personal data (art.16 RODO);
  • Request the deletion of your personal data, the so-called. “right to be forgotten” (Article 17 of the RODO);
  • Request for restriction of processing of personal data (Article 18 RODO);
  • object to the processing of personal data (Article 21 RODO);
  • To request the portability of personal data (Article 20 of the RODO).

8. complaint to the supervisory authority

Notwithstanding your rights listed above, if you consider that your personal data is being processed unlawfully, you may at any time file a complaint with the supervisory authority, which in Poland is the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
